The basic way of PDCA cycle quality assurance system operation can be described as the management cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Action.

 

(1) The first stage is called the planning stage (P).

 

The main content is to formulate quality objectives, activity plans, management projects and measures plans. step:

 

1. Analyze the status quo and identify existing quality issues;

 

2.Analyze various causes and influencing factors of quality problems;

 

3.Find out the main cause of quality problems from various reasons;

 

4. According to the main causes of quality problems, formulate technical measures, propose plans for solving measures and predict the expected effects, and then implement them in various aspects such as the implementer, time schedule, place and completion method.

 

(2) The second stage: the implementation stage (D).

 

Is to organize the implementation of the specified plans and measures, this is the fifth step of the quality management cycle.

 

(3) The third stage: the inspection stage (C).

 

It is also the sixth step in the quality management cycle. Mainly during or after the implementation of the plan, check the implementation to see if it meets the expected results of the plan.

 

(4) The fourth stage: the processing stage (A).

 

It consists of two steps:

 

1. Sum up lessons learned, consolidate achievements, and handle errors;

 

2. Transfer unresolved issues to the next cycle as the planning goal for the next cycle.
